The OneCare insurance offer comprises Life, TPD, Income Secure and Extra Care cover. It is available to members of the Mentor Wrap Superannuation Master Trust who are accepted for cover under individual insurance policies owned by the trustee, Oasis Fund Management Limited (OFM). One Care is issued by OnePath Life Limited (OnePath Life).

What you need to do to apply for OneCare
To apply for the OneCare offering on the platform, you will need to obtain OneCare insurance cover through a Mentor Wrap superannuation and rollover account.
If your client is not an existing member of the Mentor Wrap Superannuation and Rollover Division, you, on behalf of your client, will be required to complete a Superannuation Application form and forward it to Mentor Wrap.
When your clients are applying for OneCare insurance on the platform, they will be required to provide a Mentor Wrap member number to submit their insurance application. Please contact Client Services on 1800 893 058.
OnePath’s Illustrator – OneCare Express – an integrated insurance solution
OneCare Express is an intuitive electronic application program that fully integrates the quote and application. Because it is desktop based, it may be utilised whether you are online or not. This means that you can receive an instant underwriting decision even while visiting clients in remote areas where an internet connection may not be available.
OneCare Express contains a sophisticated underwriting engine to ensure only questions relevant to each client’s situation are asked. The questions are tailored to take into consideration the client’s age, gender, occupation and employment status, as well as they type and amounts of cover being applied for.
Through the use of clever reflexive questioning, OneCare Express will refine the questions until all appropriate information has been captured to enable an underwriting assessment. Where an immediate decision cannot be made, OneCare Express will capture all appropriate information, and outline any further underwriting requirements OnePath Life may need to complete the underwriting process.
